The Whitney Museum of American Art is the defining museum of American art from the twentieth century to today. The Museum is located in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, a destination for architecture, design, fashion, restaurants, and nightlife. The Whitney’s collection includes iconic works by Edward Hopper, Georgia O’Keeffe, Cindy Sherman, and Andy Warhol, which are on view alongside special exhibitions that rotate throughout the year.
