The Old Post Office Pavilion, a restored former U.S. Postal Service headquarters built in 1899, is a top Washington attraction located in the heart of the historic capital, just one block from the Smithsonian Museum. Take the Blue or Orange Metro line to the Federal Triangle Stop. Take in the spectacular view of Washington from atop its 315 foot tall Clock Tower. Inside a sunlit 10-story glass atrium holds an international Food Court, live entertainment area, fine dining, and specialty gift shops. Summer hours, March 1 through Labor Day weekend, are 10am to 9pm daily except Sunday, from 12 noon to 8pm.
